Payments & Mining

• NewBull Pool pools charges miners with a fee for the service. This fee andreward system may change any time but prior notice will be given before doing so.Any changes on fee will be communicated through the pools news page and/orNewBull Pool.
• Submitting shares through your miner software to NewBull Pool pools does notmean that they will be instantly converted to coins. NewBull Pool and it’s poolsfirst need to find a block to claim blocks coin rewards and will be then payingyour portion based on used payment system used by the pool. The shares you havesent should be obeying the payment sytems rules & conditions.
• Once coins have been sent from the pool, it is users responsibility to track theircoins and ensure payment details are correct on the respective pool site. Committedtransactions can not be undone by NewBull Pool and by it’s pools.
• Coin mining is extremely luck based. NewBull Pool and/or it’s pools does notguarantee any particular return on mining time or hashpower, only that any blocksfound will be divided as specified under payment system above. All return ratesdisplayed on the site are estimates based on statistical averages.
• Shares rejected by the Coinium.org and and/or it’s pools as stale or invalid willnot be paid for.
• Oprhaned blocks will not be paid by NewBull Pool pools as they are basicallyin-correct blocks.

Maintenance & Downtimes

• NewBull Pool and its pools require continuous maintenance and NewBull Pooland it’s operators are not responsible for any loss caused by any reason duringthese periods.
• Although NewBull Pool operators are doing their best to keep the services up,maintenance and downtime may be required at times, so that uptime of the pools orwebsite is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for configuring their miners sothat they will automatically reconnect and switch to alternative stratum servers &pools we offer as backup.

Feedback & Help

• NewBull Pool hosts an area for miners feedback & support requests where you canask for operators help on pool specific issues. Still you have to first need to gothrough provided FAQ’s before going for so.
• Creating multiple topics for the exact same issue may get your topics get locked &account deleted.
• Naming & shaming the NewBull Pool and it’s pools with insufficient proofs & lackof understanding how crypto-coins works may get your topics get locked and accountsdeleted.

Informations & Materials

• Neither NewBull Pool nor it’s operators provide any warranty or guarantee as tothe accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of theinformation and materials found or offered on NewBull Pool and it’s pool’swebsites for any particular purpose.
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your ownrisk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility toensure that any products, services or information available through this websitemeet your specific requirements.

Accounts

• You agree to keep your account information secret, use a complex, unique password,and change your password immediately if it becomes compromised.
• NewBull Pool and it’s pools are not an electronic wallet or banks for yourcoins. NewBull Pool and it’s operators are not responsible for any loss of coinswhich were stored in the pool. It’s your responsibility to configure your accountso that the crypto coins you mine are regularly transferred to your own securedoffline wallet.
• Accounts which are inactive for longer than 3 months (no logins to profile and/orno mining activity) may get deleted. Remaining coin balances will be considered asa pool donation.
• You agree to notify NewBull Pool operators immediately if you discover orsuspect any security vulnerability in the site. Users who exploit or attempt toexploit any security vulnerability, or suspected security vulnerability, or userswho publicly reveal the personal information of any user will get their accountsdeleted.

Service

• In rare conditions (like when a coin network dies or any problematic conditionscaused by coin network itself or code but not limited to them), NewBull Pooloperators can stop the mining services for the coin and eventually close the siteassigned to coin’s pool with at least 3 days of prior notice. In this case, youneed withdraw any remaining coins that stays in your account within the givennotice period.
• In case of a block-chain fork (caused by too many miners hopping into same pool andeventually causing the specific pool to hold >=%51 hashrate of the network), thepool may find incorrectly marked blocks which are not accepted by the coin pool. Inthis rare case, NewBull Pool operators will need to remove those incorrectblocks and any related transactions & credits in order to fix continued service ofthe pool.

Misc

• Botnets are not welcome. Accounts with a large amount of miners connecting fromdifferent IPs may be suspended without prior notice. If we are uncertian then aninvestigation will be opened and the user will be notified via their configurede-mail address. If we do not receive a response your account may be suspended.Multiple accounts controlled by one person may be considered as a botnet.
